The McCormick Home Ranch is a beautiful ranch property located in Camarillo. It has lush gardens around the ceremony area and for formal pictures, a barn in the back, a huge lawn in front of the house for your reception, as well as his and hers getting ready rooms. There is not access to the inside of the house.
But there is a lot of variety on the property, and it is great for photography. Having a classic ranch house in the background of the reception is a nice touch. The property is also surrounded by trees and is off the road, so it has a secluded feel to it. As with other outdoor venues, it can be dark at night, so it is a good idea to bring extra lighting.
The McCormick family lives in the ranch house and manages the events. My experiences have been great every time, and I've always heard positive comments from the guests.
The bridal getting ready room is spacious with lots of mirrors. I call it the Green Room.
