Corporate Photography
There
is an expression in photography that says simply, "Shoot
what you know." I worked in corporate marketing and communications
for about 10 years before becoming a professional photographer.
I have led and been part of many product launches, ad campaigns,
trade shows, PR events, and marketing collateral development.
Fassett Photography will be your partner in creating compelling
images that promote and advertise your business. My goal is to
help you achieve your goals by providing high quality work and
professionalism. I will bring all of my skills and experience
to bear when you hire me for your project, and I will go the extra
mile to really understand what you are trying to achieve through
photography.
Corporate
photography encompasses a wide range of subjects and shooting
styles, so it is important to be proficient in different areas.
I studied at the Brooks Institute of Photography, and am equally
comfortable photographing people and photographing products or
architecture. I am very meticulous in both the setup and in digital
post-production to get the very best image possible. Some people
would say I'm a perfectionist, but that's a quality you want in
your photographer.
If
you are interested in promotional usage, then the images I create
may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, such as brochures,
web sites, public relations, etc. If you are interested in advertising
usage, then the images could be used for ads in magazines or on
billboards to advertise your company or product. Please see the
Pricing page for more information about
how prices are determined for different types of usage.
Begin with the end in mind.
This simple statement describes how I approach a photography assignment:
first understand the purpose and usage of the photographs in the
context of the business, then carry that all the way through the
assignment and into my world of lighting, composition, equipment,
and technique. The key decisions that I make about how to execute
your job are based on what you tell me about your goals for the
images. Many photographers will tell you what they can do, but
instead I ask you what you want.
